Not only is Dr. Tom a renowned textile and arts expert, he also serves the very best high quality in-season Thai food I've ever had in my 50 years of coming to and living (15 years for living) in Thailand in a renovated old Thai house gull of Thai antiques. Top place for authentic and a little more special Thai food in a beautiful backstreet garden setting. The connected hotel and pool make is a real oasis in the middle of Bangkok, and especially the starter are exceptional in diversity and taste.
This place is delicious! Flat out you can't go wrong here. Great service, wonderful food and drinks. The prices are such a value considering the portion size and flavor. I would go back here daily if possible.
Beautiful restaurant in an idyllic setting with great food. A little gem of a place with traditional Thai food but also dishes with an interesting twist. Open daily at 12:00. It's somewhat hidden behind The Rose Hotel which is just off Suriwong but it's definitely worth checking out. A short walk from the Chimchurri MRT.
