Amazing work and very helpful. I had a custom ring made and they were very helpful and even remade the ring twice when revisions were made to the design. Even shipped the reing to my home when it was finished as the ring was not complete when I left thailand.

I had the pleasure of working with Elsbeth to find a perfect gem during our trip in Bangkok. I am by no means an expert in the field so decided to look up places that were honest, reputable, and fair. Yes, you can still be lied to and cheated anywhere. However, my experience here was so amazing that all I could hope for was that it was an honest purchase. Coming in, I was kindly greeted by Elsbeth and the other staff there. I was also offered drinks and made to feel very comfortable. I did not know exactly what I wanted but Elsbeth helped me narrow it down a bit. She even very patiently explained everything to me with the utmost kindness. She took the time to teach me a thing or two about looking at gems. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything in any way. She even told us about their return policy, as they will accept anything back if it’s not exactly to my desire. They even offered to ship pieces back to the US for a small charge since I will be leaving Bangkok in a couple days. In the end, I was able to find something I liked and came out very happy buying it from them. She also gave me her business card and contact informing should I want to purchase anything else in the future so that they may prepare some pieces beforehand. Overall it was such a fantastic experience that I wanted to take the time to write a review to help other future travelers in search of quality gems and jewelry at fair prices.

I had a custom ring made by Elsbeth and her team at Lambert and I was blown away with the results. The design process was done entirely via email I was planning on picking up the ring during a vacation in Bangkok while living in another country and Elsbeth made it so easy! She had her designer make drawing after drawing for me so that the end product was EXACTLY as I had envisioned; it was amazing! The ring even came in under budget! I can't say enough good things about the experience I had with Lambert and I would highly recommend them for your custom jewellery needs.
