I took 200 hour Teacher Training course here. It was a great experience. You can learn not only Yoga postures, also breathing exercise, Mantra chanting, healthy life style, Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy. During the course, my body and mind was totally purified. If you’re looking for TT course, here is highly recommended!!!

One of the best experiences of my life I have completed 200 ytt and super happy that i chose to do it here. Besides vinyasa style (which is already more familiar to majority of people), i have gained deeper understanding of traditional hatha. There are no words to describe my gratitude. The energy and the teaching talks with Yogi Lalit had the greatest impact on me spiritually, and his asana lessons are super fun and very enjoyable, challenging but you will leave quite energized and refreshed. It is after his lessons that I started to lean more towards practicing Hatha rather than any other style.

i just finished my 200 hrs YTTC from embrace yoga school and it was a great learning and fun experience. its a nice place to deepen your knowledge about yoga, all the teachers are very encouraging and helpful. i would recommend this yoga studio for everyone who want to pursue YTTC
