Collect the car at the airport. It's easy but must remember to bring a credit card for the deposit. They only accept the credit card of the person who booked the car. Other than that, no problem. They gave us a relatively new car.

All was perfect! The best clean car. We took the car in Chiang Rai and returned it in Bangkog. The best personal, good speeking English (better then me). I reserved the car by web-site and I had no problem with it. I took insurance and my deposit was returned for two days! Thank you for all! Call if you get lost!)

They had new cars just wanna said they had a bad experience with how to work! This guy when I returned the car he didn't speak the English language! And I have cleaned the car but in that day was raining and of course, it will be some dust! But he told the people in desk office at the airport that he smells a cigarette smoke and there's some dust! Of course, he said that because they need to take the deposit 10000 Baht and because I didn't have time to return back to let them see that he a liar so I would like to advise you, you to let anyone be in that trouble and to learn from my mistakes! But anyone has just a person and it doesn't mean that all peoples like him! Because the Thai people's it's the respected, polite and honest people's and this is was the first time I got that trouble and I will never ever book with Hertz again.

I have rented already from Hertz Thailand at Suvarnabhumi many times and never had a problem. The staff at the counter is really well trained and professional. No long time waiting for collecting and picking up and always high quality cars. Fully satisfied customer and member. Way to go!
