We checked into this restaurant by chance when we were on our way to Bitec. Was surprised when I noticed almost all the patrons there ordered fried rice. And true enough the name Guru fried rice says it all. Probably the best fried rice I have tasted by far in Bangkok.

The foods are just yum.. This restaurant have different types of fried rice option. The food was so good that forgot to take pictures..

The food here was good and the location in relation to Bitec was good as well. If you're coming from anywhere other than Bitec I'd have to say I'd pass on this one. While good it's certainly not anything I found that special and the trip we made to come here was not from Bitec and it wasn't that great for us. The portions were small for the price here in Thailand. In conclusion, if you're at Bitec and don't the food from there you might venture out here but there's very little to see in this are other than this restaurant and the food was not remarkable.
First time I met not friendly waiters in Thailand. Actually I can't list anything good of this place. Prices are higher than average. Service is slow and not friendly. Location right near the road, so cars goes right near your table. And the worst thing: their cooking is bad. On this photo you may see how many garbage in over spiced Tom Yum compared with whole size
