The name is B-Quik but it is anything but quick. Reached at 11am to change four new Bridgestone tyres. When I got out, it was 2.20pm. Four years ago, I changed my tyres at ACT Autocare &Tire and they took less than a hour and did the alignment free while I had to pay 450 baht at B-Quik. Long ago, I had worked in the tyres retreading factory of my dad where I used to remove tyres from big wheels of trucks in less an hour and fix it back. So with modern technology, it should have been quicker. The only saving grace was the water dispenser and a coffee machine. B-Quik have to get their act together. They can't give any excuses when their rivals are doing a faster job and offering alignment free.

ขอบคุณที่มีแบบสอบถามกลับมาครับ.. ผมอยากจะบอกว่าทำงานไม่รอบคอบ ควรจะตรวจสอบอีกครั้งก่อนที่จะส่งรถคืนลูกค้า ถ้าผมไม่ได้ล้างรถเอง ล้วงเข้าไปที่ก้ามปูเบรคล้อหน้าซ้ายก็จะไม่รู้เลยว่าตัวแผ่นเหล็กล็อคก้ามปูหลุดออกจากตัวล็อค \เบรคนะครับ\ ลองคิดตามผมดูนะ ถ้าผมขับเร็วแล้วเบรคไม่อยู่แล้วเกิดการสูญเสียพราะสาเหตุนี้ บี-ควิกจะรับผิดชอบอะไรมั๊ยครับ..มันไม่ใช่เรื่องเล็กๆนะครับคุณ.. ดีที่ผมเจอก่อน เลยเอารถกลับเข้าไปให้แก้ไข.. ครั้งที่แล้วที่ไปเปลี่ยนผ้าเบรคที่บี-ควิกก็เจอปัญหาเรื่องเบรคแล้วมีเสียงดังเลยไม่เข้าไปอีกเลย เอาไปให้อู่เพื่อนลูกแก้ไขให้.. แต่ครั้งนี้เห็นมีบริการฟรีตรวจเช็ค30รายการ สุดท้ายก็เจอปัญหาเรื่องเบรคอีก!! มันอาจจะเกิดขึ้นกับผมคันเดียวก็ได้ซึ่งทางบี-ควิกเองก็ไม่ต้องสนใจก็ได้เพราะคงไม่มีผลกระทบกับธุรกิจของบี-ควิกอยู่แล้ว.. ผมจะรอฟังนะครับว่าทางบี-ควิกจะมีre-actionอะไรกลับมาที่ผมบ้าง.. ขอบคุณครับ
