Went for 10k service. Specified extra things I wanted done, made excuses why they could not be done, simple simlle hose replacement & stated no hoseclamps even though can reuse stock ones. Then did not complete basic service items. Asked them to complete quoted items, then charged extra. Used cheaper oil that was advised they would not use. Costed 600bht more than quoted with same items. Had brake pads and shoes replaced. On riding very soft brakes.. noted reservoir leaking, leak stopped by myself & still spongy.. checked caliper to see dust cap not even removed meaning brakes not bled after new pads installed. Put in and charged for new airfilter even though one in it was less than 1 month old and no evidence on dust on airfilter box that it had been removed so possible no filter was put in. Sump bung was leaking and had to tighten myself the following day. Next time will go to my usual performance shop.. i just thought for major service I'll go to a dealer. Never again.

They are now working on big bikes...I took my FJR 1300 in for a valve adjustment and I believe they did a professional job. Organized shop and clean. Head mechanic speaks good english and was on top of the work on my bike. They had problems getting some cooling lines...all and all great job...thank you. Will take the bike back if needed.
