My boyfriend and I ordered Gyudon & Yakiniku and also Chicken Karaage. The karaage was excellent: Crispy on the outside but still tender on the inside. Both rice bowls were also very nice, but we have had better gyodons..

SUKIYA Tokyo Bowls & Noodles at Central Marina is located near entrance 1c. There are chairs and tables outside. The inside is air-conditoined. The restaurant is accessable by wheelchair. There is no toilet in the restaurant but there a numerous restrooms in the mall next door. The restaurant has a modern functional look. Food is tasty and inexpensive. Service is good. Staff speaks English. The background music is relaxing. At the same place is a contemporary Japanese Café which offers creations like black tea latte with pearl, matcha latte or honey lemon hojicha. The Sukija Zen for 169 Baht came with stir fried pork on rice, pickled daikon, a small salad, miso soup, iced green tea and a very tasty custard. Very good value for money. The bowl of fresh noodles in a nice broth topped with pork and egg was 78 Baht. The Tokyo Shoyu Ramen tasted also well balanced. SUKIYA is a franchise with 2,257 stores mainly in Asia. Great place to have a small inexpensive Japanese meal. Last Visit 05.12.2017
