Been here a couple of times now for check up and to see an oral hygienist very thorough and reasonably priced, I will make this my Thailand dentist

Would not recommend. I booked my appointment in advance, but when I come there my booking was missing. When I contacted them I clearly explained what I need to do. I clearly wrote as I need to root canal to tooth which was rooted few years ago. And they confirmed as they can do that. But later they told as they can't help me and I need to go to specialist. And charge from me fee for consultation. All tools very old and they not care about health and safety standards.

Atrocious customer service. We were told to come on a Sunday at 1pm for an initial consultation. It was readily apparent they had told the 12 or so other customers waiting to come at the same time. After waiting an hour only two had been seen. We left and took our money elsewhere, to a practice that understands the purpose of making an appointment. Terrible business practice and takes advantage of people's good nature and willingness to wait indefinitely.
