Pattaya Pool built our 13m x 5m salt water pool with an overflow tank. They finished on time and within the price they initially quoted. It’s been a years since they finished the pool and we have had no issues at all with the pool and equipment they installed. I must say the filtration and treatment system they installed is just about perfect, it’s easy to maintain And our water is always crystal clear. We have three small kids and we all love this pool. I can wholeheartedly recommend them 100%

Hopeless. Contacted them about cleaning our pool. It took them nearly a week to respond after multiple calls to chase, and they still couldn't tell me when they would clean the pool. They also won't use chlorine tablets without ripping you off twice their cost. On their site they state they speak multiple languages but I could hardly even understand the woman I spoke to. Unimpressed and we decided to go elsewhere because if that's the service pre-sale, imagine what it would be like post-sale. Response to your reply - you actually offered me a chlorine tablet service at 500 baht per month extra! Which is twice what they cost! You don't even know what your staff offer. I was not looking for the service to only use tablets. And if you read my feedback, this was not the main point at all, but never mind.
