19.03.2018 . I have just come from there. we were the only customers. staff disinterested. that you can not sit on a show motorcycle, ok! But if you touch it to check the quality of the plastic parts. and the bored seller. then criticized at once. as if you had an infectious disease. and the motorcycle cleans. as if it . would have polluted. what does this arogynous guy think? put the motorcycles behind bars or glass cases. or signs. forbidden to touch. Oh yes, and technical questions are not desired. never again kawa pattaya. (1 customer where 1x 1000 kawa 1x 1300 honda owns) .....As I'm reading, I'm not the only one who has been treated arrogantly. if farangs do not like to be seen. write it to your window. FARANGS ARE NOT WELCOME HERE

Very bad service. No phone calls as promised. Ones you pay money, nobody will care of you . Stuff always smiling but do nothing to help customer.
Quite happily took my deposit for a new PCX and told me one week for it to be delivered. Two weeks later so sign of it. No telephone call and no apology! If they don't telephone me by the end of this week I will seek a refund and compensation and buy elsewhere. ATTROCIOUS SERVICE!!
