This department really sets an example: - friendly - fast - speak English very well - pro active (coming to get you if they have time before the previous given time) Went in to get my driving license at 08.30. The whole process took only 1 hour and was done the same day. Many thanks to the people working here, they made the process easy and convenient.

Sometimes extremely unorganized and staff has no idea about the rules. Every office tells different requirements ... Also absolutely not clear where to go and what to do even after several visits. You need to come very early just to get a number and then wait for long time. Biggest problem is, that the offices just don't care at all to make it happen properly and quickly.

I renewed my driver's license yesterday and it was the best experience with any government agency I've ever dealt with. The lady at the counter 11 was super and super efficient. She was smiling and laughing the whole time. The gentleman who administered the eye test was very professional and very friendly and helpful. Two desks open for processing and photo taking. Both were very efficient and friendly as well. I was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes only. My last renewal was in Bangkok which took over 7 hours. I almost look forward to my next renewal. Thanks for the great service!
