I have lived in this area for 4 years and stayed in other condo,s Moved here and really love it,condo is very nice and even though not new the building is well maintained,friendly staff,nice pool and its central for everything you need. Beach 5 mins walk,market 3 mins and local bars,massage 2/3 mins. Very happy to find this gem. The owner Jack is helpful,friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. And being as its central to everything it's still a relaxed quiet place.

I have lived here since Feb., 2019 - love it. I am an Australian & rent from Frenchman Jack, great bloke (man), really goes the extra mile to make you at home, nothing is too much trouble. I have an excellent 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, bathroom & closed-in balcony with flywire screens front & back. Great, recently furbished pool as well. Shops & restaurants all within 5-10 mins walk. Really is paradise for me. Australia's Gold Coast without the price!

The room was very large and nice, with the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary facilities. The location is rather good, close to the beach, not far from the centre with a lot of cafés, restaurants and a market nearby. And yet, the property is in a rather quiet place. The host Jack is a very friendly and nice man and cares a lot about his guests.

It was a nice time in Pattaya,nice room with everythings, kitchen ,big screen tv ,fan,wifi ok . Possible to rent motobike with the owner who was friendly. Nice sea view also. Not expensive compare with the rest
