The place is overall pretty attractive, for me personal I like the look and the atmosphere; each house I saw is equiped with its own pool and at least a small garden; the streets are wide and the trafic is low making the streets a great playground for kids; the residence is also next to the Regents International School Pattaya - it would only be a 200m walk from the house to the school. The guards were always friendly to me and are sometimes open for a laugh. The residence has only minor issues here and there including water damage, which is to expect everywhere in pattaya when it rains.
Great place to live a expat life if you have kids at the adjacent school

Mein Sohn ist Schüler der Regents International School und hat Klassenkameraden welche in der Regents Village wohnen. Alle sind begeistert von dieser Anlage. Nicht meine Meinung, aber die meines Sohnes !! Wird was dran sein ?!
