We were staying at the hotel Next door and we try the fitness for 2 days. Price is only 100 thb, 60 thb for a protein shake. When we did not how to use one machine the staff helped us. Very good fitness and friendly staff !

Good gym with air con. Fair price of 1000thb/mon single or 1500 for couple. Has all needed equipment for both cardio and strength training.
Excellent gym!. Very well kitted out. Clean and friendly.
good little gym with pretty much all the equipment needed for a work out. A/C at the ground floor could be a bit cooler. Can recommend.
I have just made myself a member, staff very friendly, the equipment is up to date, hours of opening good so far so good. U
