I purchased a condo at Olympus City Garden sometime in April of 2017. The building is not due to be finished in March 2020. So I have been making payments since and Never once late on my payments. On the 02-16-20, while I was in Pattaya, I decided to stop by and check on the process of the building and learned that my condo had only one A/C. The contract stated clearly that I was supposed to get 2 A/C. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. I only see one in the living. So I came home and make some phone call and after several transfers, I was able to speak with a lady and was told by her to take a picture of my contract that said my room came with 2 A/C’s. Which I did send it to her. I’m confused of why are these folks did not have my contract in hands however excepted my payments every month. 900.00 a month by the way. So far I’m regretting to go into business with these company. Let’s hope this is the only problem I have with this company (Global Top Group).

The project is still under-construction, but since it is developer is Global Top Group, a property developer company that have more than 35 years of experience worldwide, whose undertaking construction-process themselves, while provide rental-resale & management services to show that it care for customers from starts and even after-sale. Which company such as this, I wouldn't worry about whether it will be worth my money, since it WILL be.

this project looks stunning! all the pools and rooftop gym/clubhouse. could really see my self living there. best investment in town to date!
