Booked his place on Airbnb. He didn't mention anything about a cleaning fee or water in the listing description. Didn't say anything to avoid conflicts. I was happy with the location and the place. Obviously not for the extras he charged me for. I then decided to reserve the place again for next month and put down a deposit (didn't use airbnb - big mistake). I had to change the time period of the next stay and he refused to alter my stay and simply kept the deposit. I advise you to never pay this person privately. I refused to provide any resolution to the case. I pointed it out and he said he can't change the dates, neither will he refund. Stay away from this guy!
