An excellent fitness centre which is very easily accessed just off Bang Khun Thian Road. There is plenty of parking, much of it under shade. The facilities are first rate, consisting of a large and roomy modern gym with weight and exercise machines as well as a great array of free weights. Personal instruction is available. A very good 25 metre salt water pool offers lap swimming and learn to swim classes. Exercise classes 5 days per week including yoga, circuit training and spin classes on modern bikes. Multiple change rooms including spa, sauna and steam room for members. Other amenities include two restaurants and an excellent cafe offering healthy options. Best in the area.
