Have used them 3 times now and every time they were on time (early in fact) and the drivers were courteous. The telephone support is good with decent English. The price (I paid 950 baht) is very good too. So far so good!

I don't think this company should be in airport transfer service. Paid but request additional transfer fees and received customer o\ service. They don't really care.

The driver did not show up despite paying the deposit 3 days before, getting an email confirmation a day before and a phone call after we arrived at the airport and couldn't locate him. The old minivan only showed up 15mins after a man from the other transport companies helped us to call them ( his friend). Will not recommend.
