Really nice service! Had been traveling for weeks and really needed to get laundry done fast. Was only here one night. Dropped 7kgs off at 6pm and they had it washed, folded and delivered back at the Shangra-La by 1130 pm the same night!

Great service, great price. Much cheaper than the hotel. 5 kg dirty laundry for 80 baht per kg(total 12), delivered the next day to the Chatrium concierge desk. Folded, we didn't request ironing but you could.

급하실때 급행료 주시면 저녁까지 가져다 준다고 하는데 3시간만에 세탁에 건조까지 완벽했습니다
하루뒤는 160밭 이틀뒤는 80밭 1킬로에 근데 1.7킬로 하루뒤해서 160바트받더군요 룸넘버말하고 원하는시간적으라길래 배달해주는줄 기다렸더니 안와서가지러감 영어를 잘 못하심 서로 못하니 ㅜㅜ 알아듣기힘듬

좋았어요 근데 언어를 알아 듣기에 힘들었어요 미리 돈을 주면 배달이 되고 미리 결제 안하면 배달이 안된다는 말이라고 이해했어요 잘이해한것인지 모르겠지만 암튼 깨끗하게 되어있어서 만족해요
