I bought myReSound Quattro hearing aids in UK, so Maroongroge was not my HCP. But, visited them yesterday to have some adjustments made and devices cleaned - my UK guy had not done a good job at setting up my devices at all. I found them very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. Overall a very good experience and I would highly recommend them. They have limited English language, so I would advise you to take a Thai speaker with you if you cannot speak Thai yourself to get the best results
