If 'Al Dente' is the highest quality, then, this stall doesn't has it. In comparison to the genuine Cantonese egg noodle, some may notice that noodle's size of this stall is slightly larger than the Cantonese one. Personally, I prefer Cantonese standard.

BBQ pork is really good
The noodle is good. Wontons are great. If you are in the area, you might want to try it out. It is a tiny small old style restaurant. It might get packed so be patient.
