1. Awesome rates, but sometimes kasikorn booth right next to it has better rates. 2. It’s easy to locate and on floor B, opposite 7-11, toward Airport rail link next to Klook 3. Generally in Airport we have bad exchange rates but here, rates are really as good as the rates in the city. 4. You can either give Driving License or Passport copy or other ID for the exchange, it’s only for verification. 5. We are lucky to have currency exchange booths in this floor because, the other booth on top floors have bad rates cause it’s obviously because of rates at airport.

Giving the best rate in the air port I'd give it 5 stars except... they are VERY picky about 100 bills! I find it annoying when they told me that the bills with counterfeit pen marked is unacceptable. I asked them why and the reason they gave me was because they were afraid of counterfeit bills. Now how is it counterfeit bills when it's marked by the pen?!!! I explained to them why the bills are marked but it was like talking to a wall. So I left. Just fyi Super Rich the most counterfeit bills that could be made is 20 bills may be you should educate your staff properly and correctly before you open next time. Not recommended to exchange large amount of cash at this place. My recommendation is get your bills exchanged just enough to travel to the regular bank. I find the bank outside of Bangkok gives better rates and not picky about the bills either.

SuperRich, anywhere in Thailand, is usually the best place to get your money changed. They give the best rates. You cant go wrong.
I was trying to change SGD2,000 to Thb. Checked their website which says a rate of 23.65; Reached their booth and saw a rate of 23.65 posted on their board. But the lady at the counter insist a rate of 23.60 only. At that rate they're just on par with other currency exchange stalls so I don't understand why everyone says their rate is the best. Another booth next to it (cannot remember it's name) offers exactly the same rate.
