Firstly, this place has amazing service. I’ve been here many times over the years and the waitress is always a kind heart. The Rueben is always good. I also really like the “design your own sandwich” option. All the various meats are good quality and the cheese and extras are also great. So, you get to be a sandwich artist without having to work too hard. They also serve beer. If you want consistent good service and above par breads, meats and cheeses, this is one of Chiangmai’s best sandwich locations. (4.5 stars)

Whilst I forgot to take photos - I had a deliciously fresh and satisfying breakfast platter for 145b inclusive of coffee and fresh oj- atmosphere is not exactly amazing but it were hot, I were hungry and it were a delightful respite from the heat and bustle of the street which I sorely needed. Would return of course - highly recommend (Rye bread were worth it alone and I don't normally look out for it.) Everything were perfect.

Been going here for 2 years staff changed a little but still good quality and consistency try thier Idaho breakfast or banana pancakes or the cottage pie or meatloaf sandwich I'm making myself hungry as I write follow me ig messy.jessy85

The sandwich was tasty, but the cinnamon pancake tasted weird (if you dont wanna say it was bad) A bit overpriced.

Last day of my holiday, and I noticed this restaurant on my way back to my hotel. I was tempted straight away with the menu, and opted for a BLT and a lychee losse Very tasty! I will make a point of visiting on my first day next year.

A well known and long standing breakfast / sandwich place in Chiang Mai. Western style breakfast menu is pretty extensive. Not the cheapest but not that expensive either. Selection of coffees could be a bit more refined given the fact that Chiang Mai has nowadays loads of coffee shops serving wide variety of good coffees. Also, they serve fresh orange juice on every breakfast but sometimes it has tasted off, a detail where to they should pay a bit more attention.
